Challenge
FTI’s only description of itself as an employer was a few paragraphs on its career site which emphasized its values. However, details about the work, the customers, the technology and services, as well as the value of a career at FTI were hard to find.

Assignment
Develop an employer value proposition that provides a well rounded story and positions FTI as a sophisticated, modern employer with a heart.
