collaboration co-creation

Method: collaborative co-creation

Each project has been deeply informed by competitive research, materials reviews,  employee surveys and one-on-one interviews. With that context as a foundation, we’ve collaborated with cross functional teams of FTI employees to co-create ideas, processes and content designed to help communicate and engage the workforce in the company’s strategy, attract high caliber job candidates, and tell a stronger and more differentiated story to new potential customers.

Results

After 100 days, members of the FTI executive committee commented that they didn’t expect to see significant impact as quickly as it began to happen.

It makes a big difference to involve employees in the planning and execution of programs that will affect them, and which need to communicate the company’s mission, vlsion and values in ways that will engage the workforce and external audiences with authentic differentiation.

To come

In November, FTI will launch it’ new web and career sites, and new external brand assets. Work is underway in training in new ways of working, updated internal portals, updated internal and external communications programs.
