Kim led employee communications at KLA, PayPal, GoDaddy, and GitHub and developed their diversity and inclusion communications strategy by folding D&I into the rhythm of the business for executives and business units. She is known for her ability to create belonging for employees through conscious communications and HR partnerships.

She is also the co-author of The Conscious Communicator: The Fine Art of Not Saying Stupid Sh*t, a top selling business book published in 2022.  Kim has an MA from San Jose State University.
