Employer Brand: Creative Exploration
Once we understand our client’s landscape of competitors, have created their Employer Value Proposition and drafted an employer brand strategy, we begin exploring creative directions. It’s important that the employer brand stands out from the field visually and in copy, that it authentically reflects the EVP, and that it works well alongside the corporate brand as well. Before doing any executions in career site design, social media skins and templates, advertising, etc. - we start with mood boards and general creative explorations.
