Monica works to bring purpose and strategies to life for employees, solving puzzles involving how people communicate, collaborate, and share meaningful transformative experiences. Her previous communications experience spans industries including aerospace, higher education, and publishing in organizations large and small, public and private.

Monica holds a BS in Biology and English from Westmont College and an MA in Literature and Environment from the University of Nevada, Reno.
