Kirsten heads up Employera’s Employer Brand practice. Previously head of Employer Brand for Glassdoor, she is a go-to industry pro for building, improving and managing your employer brand and Glassdoor ratings.

A sought after speaker and influencer, her previous experience includes building and leading global talent brands for leaders including Visa, and eBay Inc. Before that she was managing supervisor at Fleishman Hillard and began her career in PR at the Horn Group. Kirsten has a BA in Literature and Communications from Westmont College.
