Kirsten heads up Employera’s Employer Brand practice. Previously head of Employer Brand for Glassdoor, she is a go-to industry pro for building, improving and managing your employer brand. A sought after speaker and influencer, her previous experience includes building and leading global employment brands for leaders including Visa, and eBay Inc. Before that she was managing supervisor at Fleishman Hillard and began her career in PR at Horn. Kirsten has a BA in Literature and Communications from Westmont College.
Julie and her team work with clients to assess, develop and operationalize solutions to complex challenges in talent acquisition and recruiting. She has broad experience managing sizeable in-house operations, as well as consulting across a variety of industries; Cisco, eBay, Symantec, Aspire Public Schools, Bart, PG&E, Mervyns and more. In addition, she has high level expertise in designing and managing special programs at scale: university recruiting, diversity and veteran’s initiatives, community relations and high volume staffing programs. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
Mariana and her team collaborate with clients on design-thinking strategies to increase engagement and create more meaningful candidate and employee experiences. She teaches design thinking and innovation at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. Previously, she facilitated design-led business solutions for companies including Turner Broadcasting, and Nike Foundation. Before that she was a designer with architecture firm Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM). Mariana holds an MS in Industrial Design from ArtCenter College of Design, and an MBA from Claremont University.
Ethan and his team partner with clients to assess and develop strong cultures, great leaders and differentiated employee experiences. As an experienced in-house HR leader and consultant, he has worked with teams at all levels to design and lead people strategies, talent acquisition, leadership development, D&I, culture transformation and change management programs in organizations including Genentech, Hewlett-Packard, Blue Shield of California, Electronic Arts, Informatica and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Ethan holds an MBA from University of California, Davis and a BA from Vassar College.
Lily Jampol, Ph.D.
Lily helps large organizations achieve better results, create more welcoming workplaces and improve employee well-being through evidence-based diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. She has facilitated discussions and conducted training sessions around diversity and inclusion issues at companies including Google, Airbnb, Unilever, Gerson Lehrman Group and others. Formerly a professor at London’s Queen Mary University School of Business, Lily has a background in behavioral science, deep research and teaching experience, and is a frequent speaker on bias in the workplace and effective methods for addressing it. She holds a Ph.D. in social psychology from Cornell University and a BA in Political Science from Mount Holyoke College.
James works with our teams and clients to get the most from systems, data and analytics, create strategy, execute programs and evaluate results. Previously, he was a co-founder of Atomic Public Relations, working with top brands on strategy, planning, and social media efforts. He was also co-developer of ComContext communications analytics software. Before that, he was CIO at Shafer, an award-winning advertising, PR and interactive agency. He began his career in the US Air Force, working on efforts related to intelligence, and space.
Andy consults with clients on positioning, messaging, PR/internal communications strategy and executive profile building. Previously, he was co-founder of Atomic Public Relations, working with top executives of leading brands like Verizon, IMAX, Sony, Intuit, Linkedin, Jobvite and Hirevue on similar issues. He was also co-developer of ComContext communications analytics software. Before that, he was president of Shafer Advertising, and head of global communications for CalComp Lockheed Martin. Andy has an MBA from the Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno, where he also received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
