We want to understand the current state from every angle. Review of internal data, interviews, surveys, competitive benchmarks, etc. We’ll take everything you can give us. Plus, we’ll use our own sophisticated frameworks to fill-in any gaps. Then we’ll synthesize and boil findings down to actionable insights - with reports, recommendations, and starter strategies.

We greatly respect the insights into issues and opportunities different departments bring to the table, so we like working with cross-departmental client/agency teams to create strategies, plans and solutions together. We bring our own experience, objectivity, and creativity, but co-created solutions always work and socialize better than programs lobbed in from the outside.

So we always establish evaluation metrics with our client teams as we design solutions. Then we regularly measure results and work with our client counterparts to make adjustments and improvements to programs as situations evolve.
